Markus Wheaton out 4-6 weeks with groin issue
12 October 2017
Bears WR Markus Wheaton will be sidelined 4-6 weeks with a torn groin.
The Bears' supposed No. 2 receiver has been racked with injury since the early days of camp. He has one catch in three games. The team could opt to cut its 2017 losses and place Wheaton on injured reserve instead of waiting for him to get healthy. Limited to six games the past two years, Wheaton isn't much of a hold in Dynasty leagues.
