NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Carson Wentz sprained both ankles in Week 2 against the Rams.

Wentz, per Rapoport, will undergo testing to determine the severity of the injuries. We're looking into whether Wentz is the first player to sprain both ankles in one game. Jacob Eason finished the Colts' Week 2 loss after Wentz exited the contest with his injuries, completing two of five passes for 25 yards and a pick. The entire Indianapolis offense would be in serious trouble if Eason were forced into the starting role next week against Tennessee. Every Colts player should be downgraded if Wentz is sidelined.
