Tyler Huntley (illness) practiced fully and is the favorite to start Week 18 against the Steelers with both teams still alive for a Wild Card spot. Jackson hasn't played since Week 14, and the Ravens have lost five straight to fall to 8-8 after starting the season 5-1.
