The Colts will interview Jaguars DC Joe Cullen for their defensive coordinator job.

Cullen was one of the bright spots for Jacksonville last year, holding Buffalo to six points in a Week 9 upset and playing a major role in knocking the Colts out of the playoffs in the season finale. The Ravens had interest in Cullen, who spent 2016-2020 as Baltimore's defensive line coach, before signing Mike Macdonald. Cullen is the first known outside candidate to replace Matt Eberflus in Indy.
