Jennings played 18 snaps before departing in Week 4, but it doesn't sound like this is a major injury. As the fourth receiver on a team that runs a lot, Jennings maintains little fantasy value anyway. But the absence of his blocking could hurt the 49ers run game. Ray-Ray McCloud played most of the third-receiver snaps last night.
