Washington RT Sam Cosmi (thumb) underwent surgery and is out indefinitely.

Cosmi injured the thumb in Week 4's game against the Cowboys. Swing OT Cornelius Lucas will likely play right tackle in Week 5 against the Titans. Cosmi's timeframe to return is not yet known but this is likely a multi-week injury given the surgery and he has a chance of being place on injured reserve.
