Cowboys EDGE Micah Parsons announced he will be attending the team’s minicamp.

Responding to a post on X, Parsons said, “I will be there...even though the contract is not done, I have teammates and a playbook!” The 26-year-old is awaiting a big contract extension from Jerry Jones and Co. and did not take part in much of the team’s on-field early offseason workouts. A hold out is possible as he waits to sign a new deal, but Parsons has not missed minicamp throughout his career and made clear his intentions to attend. While contract negotiations are still ongoing, Parsons will return as leader of the defense under a new head coach to prepare for the season.
