Fannin continues to be the clear top option in the Browns’ receiving game, commanding at least 11 targets for the second consecutive game. On a better offense, we can only dream about the consistent performances we’d get from Fannin. On the Browns, though, it’s a little more difficult for him to hit his ceiling. If David Njoku (knee) is ruled out for Week 16 against the Bills, Fannin will be a top-five TE.
