NFL insider Jordan Schultz reports the 49ers are not planning to tender DT Kalia Davis ahead of free agency.

The Niners selected Davis in the sixth-round of the 2023 NFL Draft. The third-year tackle started all 17 games for them last season while tallying up 28 tackles, four TFLs, and a half sack. He also broke up three passes. Davis had not started a game before the 2025 season, and with the Niners’ decision to not tender him, will be free to sign with any team starting next week.
