Jets agreed to terms with OG Dylan Parham, formerly of the Raiders, on a two-year, $20 million contract.

Parham has been a starter for the Raiders since the team drafted him in 2022. The former third-round pick appeared in 15 games in 2025. He played exclusively at left guard this year but has previously pitched in at center and right guard. Parham will take on a starting role with the Jets and his versatility will allow them some freedom with other free agent or rookie offensive linemen decisions.
