Titans signed S Tony Adams, formerly of the Jets, to a one-year contract.

The signing reunites Adams with former Jets head coach and new Titans head coach Robert Saleh. The two spent three seasons together in New York from 2022-2024. Saleh took the Jets job in 2021. The Jets signed Adams as an undrafted free agent in 2022. His 2025 season ended prematurely when Adams suffered his second groin injury of the year. He totaled 36 tackles, one quarterback pressure, one sack and five pass breakups before being placed on injured reserve in mid-December.
