Bears signed DT James Lynch, formerly of the Titans.

Lynch spent that past two seasons in Tennessee after three years with the Vikings as a rotational defensive lineman and special teams player. Lynch, 27, played in all 17 regular season games for the Titans in 2024 and 2025. He’ll likely remain a special teams player in Chicago. Lynch is the third defensive tackle added to the Bears roster this offseason.
