NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports that the Titans are hosting free agent TE Jody Fortson for a visit today.
19 March 2026
Fortson, a former Chief, suffered a torn ACL and torn meniscus on October 27th, 2024, ending his season. He entered free agency after that and was cleared to resume playing on October 30th, 2025. He was not signed by any team last season. In 22 career regular season games, the 30-year-old tight end has caught 15-of-21 targets for 160 yards and four touchdowns. If signed, Fortson will likely serve as a backup.
