NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports QB Fernando Mendoza will make a top-30 visit with the Raiders in two weeks.

Mendoza will reportedly participate in the Indiana Hoosiers’ pro day before making his visit with the Raiders, who hold the first pick of the 2026 NFL Draft and are all but guaranteed to take Mendoza, fresh off a national championship. The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reported last week that the Raiders prefer not to start Mendoza immediately. Aidan O’Connell is the only other quarterback on the Raiders roster right now. Mendoza in 2025 ranked fourth among all FBS QBs in yards per attempt and led college football with 41 touchdown passes.
