Ravens selected Northwestern OG Evan Beerntsen with the No. 253 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

25 April 2026

Beernsten (6’4/301) is a seven-year college veteran with over 3,300 career snaps and 50+ starts, bringing a rugged, assignment-sound profile to the interior. Beerntsen posted a strong 2025 campaign with a 79.3 overall grade, 81.3 run-block grade and 74.4 pass-block grade, allowing just 6 pressures and zero sacks across 428 pass-blocking snaps. He wins with leverage, angles and strain at the point of attack, consistently driving his feet through contact while showing the awareness to execute combo blocks and fit into gap schemes. Athletically, Beernsten checked in with a 7.35 RAS, flashing above-average explosion (32.5” vertical) and solid agility, but his lack of length (32 1/8” arms) and compact build show up when longer defenders get into his chest or wipe away his punch. His pass protection can get stressed against twists and extended rush paths, where his reach limitations create recovery challenges.
