Giants signed Michigian K Dominic Zvada.

A walk-on at Arkansas State, Zvada (6’3/178) went 17-of-18 as a freshman. He regressed in 2023, connecting on just 77.3 percent of his attempts. Michigan took a shot on Zvada in the transfer portal and were rewarded with a 95.5 percent hit rate on field goals in 2024. His only miss on 22 tries was a blocked attempt. His consistency issues then resurcfed in his final season and he made a dreadful 17-of-25 field goals, likely crushing his draft stock in the process. Zvada has plenty of power and is even shurprisngly accurate from downtown. He connected on 84.6 percent of his tries from 50+ yards in college. His short game needs work, as he made just 82.4 percent of his attempts at 49 yards and closer. Zvada will need to show that he can be more consistent on his layups, but he could get a chance to compete with Jason Sanders for the kicking job in camp.
