Giants CB Thaddeus Dixon suffered a torn Achilles and is out for the season.

Dixon signed with the Giants as a UDFA after going undrafted last month. The former North Carolina Tar Heel was facing an up-hill battle to make the roster, but had some Day 3 pedigree and may have heard his name called if not for a hamstring injury that hampered his draft process.
