ESPN’s Jordan Raanan reports that Giants RB Cam Skattebo exited practice early after suffering an apparent left leg injury on Friday.

Per Raanan, Skattebo “went down after a collision with LB Arvell Reese.” Skattebo stopped practicing after that but did not depart for the locker room. Instead, he remained on the sideline, stretching his left leg. The good news here is that he did not re-injure his right leg. He suffered a season-ending right ankle dislocation and fibula fracture last year. That leg appears to be a-okay. The fact that Skattebo was not taken to the locker room could be a positive indicator on this one. Perhaps a contusion, rather than a strain? We’ll provide an update as soon as we have one.
