Packers GM Brian Gutekunst said WR Savion Williams (ankle/IR) has a high-ankle sprain.

Williams was placed on IR at last cuts without an explanation of the injury, so here it is. Gutekunst said he thinks Williams will be ready when the four-week mandatory stay on IR is over.
