ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports Titans OC Arthur Smith is the "front-runner" to be hired as the Falcons head coach.

It's reportedly Smith's job to lose now that he's been invited to a second interview. Smith has been a hot candidate for good reason. He turned Ryan Tannehill's career around and just coached up a 2,000-yard rusher in Derrick Henry. Smith's love for play-action passing would do wonders for the Falcons offense, one that certainly isn't short on receiver talent. The most likely outcome for Atlanta is Smith as the head coach and Rick Smith as the general manager. That should earn positive reviews.
