Mitchell remains in the league's concussion protocol. With Mitchell sidelined and Trey Sermon (ankle) and Jeff Wilson (knee) also hurt, JaMycal Hasty is the Niners' lone healthy back. The team signed veteran RB Brian Hill to the practice squad Wednesday.
