Shaquille Leonard (back) is out for Week 3 against the Chiefs.

The Colts reportedly didn't want to PUP Leonard before the season so he could practice with the team, and in fairness to them, he's done that. His practice participation has been nearly flawless the last two weeks. But he's apparently still not ready. Frank Reich said "Only he truly knows how it feels" and noted that Leonard is in control of whether he plays or not. The middle-of-the-field Chiefs options and backs get a boost with Leonard still sidelined.
