Chargers GM Tom Telesco said he is "operating under the assumption" that CB J.C. Jackson (knee) will be available in 2023.

Jackson suffered a torn patellar tendon in Week 7 of last season after a disastrous start to his season. Telesco did not make it clear exactly when Jackson would be cleared, and it sounds like he's probably a PUP list candidate for training camp.
