McLaughlin made 30-of-36 field goals for Indianapolis last year without missing an extra point, and has played 16 games in each of the last two seasons despite playing for five different teams between 2019 and 2020. He'll be Tampa's replacement for Ryan Succop at kicker after they moved on from Succop to save cap space.
