NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports Minkah Fitzpatrick was released from the hospital after undergoing testing on a chest injury.

It’s believed to be a chest contusion, per Pelissero. Fitzpatrick was seen doubled over in pain on the Steelers sideline after making a touchdown-saving tackle on a long Jerome Ford fourth quarter run. He did not return to the game and was taken to a nearby hospital. We’ll monitor Fitzpatrick’s practice participation ahead of the Steelers’ Week 3 game against the Raiders.
