FOX Sports’ Jordan Schultz reports Mike Evans (hamstring) returned to practice Wednesday and is “planning to play” in Week 12 against the Giants.

Evans has been out since Week 7 with a severe hamstring issue. Initial reports had Week 12 as the most likely return for him and it looks like things are going to plan for the veteran wideout. The Bucs are also without Chris Godwin who is done for the year with an ankle injury. Evans should easily dominate the team’s targets once healthy. If active for Week 12, Evans will rise to the top of the WR2 ranks in his first game back.
